Joins us for an Introduction to the highly disciplined respectable art form of Middle Eastern Dance (Belly dance).Where we will celebrate feminine energy and the glorious diversity of the female form. This is an excellent low impact cardio workout that helps shape the feminine body, increase flexibility, and improve core strength for women of all ages and fitness levels. You will experience new movement as dancers learn to move with beauty and strength with music that will stretch your imagination as well as your body.
